A family owned company with 35 years of Industrial  property management experience, In-Site Property Solutions Ltd has carved a niche for itself with properties in the North part of England and the central belt of Scotland.

We specialise in purchasing properties direct from the O.E.M, as with our site in Washington which was a L G Phillips Television factory before it closure in 2004. We provided a quick solution to L G Philips surplus property problems and following a £1m refurbishment programme, the site is now home to 9 thriving businesses employing over 40 people in a secure, landscaped environment. We have taken recycling to new levels, whilst offering our tenants flexibility to expand or indeed contract into our multi tenanted sites. This formula has been successfully rolled out throughout our sites, which have variously been mining machinery factories as in the case of Newton Aycliffe, Motherwell, and a white goods factory at Kirkcaldy.

The Company had its roots in Scotland up until 2007, but since the head office relocated to Bramham and some new blood was recruited, the company has now taken more of a Yorkshire flavour. That family association with Yorkshire is further emphasised by our sponsorship of Wharfedale Rugby Club, who have competed in National Division 1 for 14 seasons.

We like to think that we do business the way Wharfedale play rugby, with honesty, endeavour and purpose, but fundamentality because we enjoy it and every day/game brings a new challenge.
