The one-time headquarters of fleet management business Global Autocare at Cross Green in Leeds has been acquired by On-site Property Solutions.
The 70,000 sq ft site has been named Crossland Park by its new owners and Holder and Co and Cushman and Wakefield has been appointed as marketing agents.
On-site is an associated company of In-site Property Solutions, based at Bramham, and the company purchased a similar site nearby on Cross Green Approach in 2015.
On-site Property Solutions managing director Alex Boyle said: "The former Global Autocare headquarters is an exciting site for us.
"We are changing the configuration and plan to take away a section that has low eaves, while at the same time creating much better circulation and access.
"We plan to let the property as one unit or split it into several units."
Tim Cross, head of commercial property at Langleys Solicitors, York acted for On-site Property Solutions. He added: "There are still some good opportunities in the market for purchasers like On-site who see the potential beyond the existing footprint."
