In-Site Property Solutions are delighted to announce two successful lettings at Flemington Court, Motherwell to The Wise Group and BOCM Pauls.

The Wise Group have taken a lease over the Ground Floor Suites 1A and 1B and the 2nd Floor Suite 3A, extending to a total of 5,840 sq ft on a 5 year term.

BOCM Pauls have taken a lease over the Second Floor, Suite 3b, extending to 1,076 sq ft on a 5 year term. These deals ensure that Flemington Court is close to fully occupied with only one 1,000 sq ft office suite remaining. James Barr and Whyte & Barrie acted on behalf of In-Site Property Solutions Ltd.
