Feb 2009 In-Site appoint new MD

Chartered Surveyor Rob Barker joined In-Site Property in 2008 and was promoted to MD in Feb 2009. Originally from Leeds, Rob has over 25 years experience in commercial property. Rob started his career at a property company in London before moving back to Leeds in the early 90's working for King Sturge as asset manager for a number of institutional clients and more recently as a director of Colliers CRE. He is a keen sportsman and supporter of Leeds United.

Rob is responsible to the board for managing and growing the business in line with the board strategy. This will be delivered by the property team through a range of measures which include pro active management initiatives and a mandate for strategic property acquisitions.
