Alex Boyle was appointed in February 2009 to lead the agency department and is responsible for all aspects of asset management throughout the portfolio. Alex has a background in industrial and office agency with Colliers CRE.
Alex is happy with the level of interest in the market and has been responsible for various transactions of varying size and use.
He comments: "Whilst it is still a tenants market, we are finding that there are still active requirements, especially at the smaller end of the market. Requirements are generally quite serious and people are there to do deals. Our strategy dictates that a lot of our stock is secondary and is often considered an affordable / practical option, resulting in our stock being less volatile. Our flexibility with lease terms and price is key in attracting tenants. We find that we are consistently offering better terms than competing landlords who may not offer this to the same extent."
