York 35 is located within the Elvington Airfield Industrial Estate and Business Park adjacent to Elvington Airfield. Elvington village centre is close by providing some local amenities.

The Industrial Estate is approximately 7 miles south of York City Centre via the B1228 and A1079.

The site is also less than 3 miles from the A64 which connects with the wider regional road and motorway network.
