Baywater Breathes New Air Into South Bradford

Bramham based In-site Property Solutions has resumed refurbishment works at its South Bradford Trading Estate, Low Moor in Bradford, West Yorkshire to accommodate Baywater Healthcare as soon as possible. Baywater, which is due to move in next month, work exclusively in the health sector supplying products such as nebuliser therapy and emergency oxygen.

In-site acquired the estate earlier this year, but the refurbishment project was halted due to Covid-19. Despite the difficult circumstances, appointed building contractor MRW Construction returned to site, working under strict safety guidelines in line with ongoing Government advice to complete works on behalf of In-site.

Alex Boyle, managing director at In-site said: “We are working to get the unit for Baywater ready as quickly as possible. This is one way of being able to support the NHS and their suppliers. Thank you to all involved for making this happen.”

A team of Tim Cross and Rachel Witherick of York and Lincoln based Langleys Solicitors acted for In-site, in acquiring and subsequently letting the estate.

The headline rent of £6.95 included a bespoke works package. South Bradford Trading Estate comprises six industrial units which incorporate ancillary office space. The site is in a well-established industrial location with good access to the M62.
