Euroway refurbishment well under way

Industrial property owner and asset manager In-site Property Solutions continues to expand its portfolio with another acquisition in West Yorkshire. Following the recent purchase of a multi let site at Low Moor, Bradford, the Bramham based company have bought a 24,538 sq ft warehouse located on the nearby Euroway Trading Estate.

The site, now undergoing a major refurbishment, is strategically located on Bradford’s most established industrial site. The properties in In-site’s portfolio are typically located near to major motorway networks.

Alex Boyle, managing director at In-site said: “We didn’t hesitate when this site came to market. There is a shortage of stock available of this quality and size in the area. The site has good quality offices and facilities in addition to the warehouse with 7m eaves. And it’s situated on an established Trading Estate.”

York and Lincoln based Langleys Solicitors acted for In-site in acquiring the site.
