Industrial property owner and asset manager In-site Property Solutions continues to increase its presence in Yorkshire with the recent purchase of sites at Rothwell, Leeds and Skinner Lane, Pontefract.

Prince George Trading Estate at Skinner Lane, Pontefract (33,819 sq ft) has undergone a full refurbishment and offers a range of options for potential occupiers for large or small accommodation. The site can be let as a whole or as individual units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft. It benefits from the recently opened Pontefract Northern Link Road connecting the site directly with Junction 32 of the M62, which is just over 1.5 km away.  

Cedar Park at Rothwell (29,691 sq ft) has also been acquired and refurbished and provides quality industrial space in the area with access to the motorway network and local area.
