The Soft Drinks Company, a Sheffield based company who deliver to hundreds of customers in the Yorkshire area have moved to the former John Lewis warehouse adjacent to the M1. They have taken a 15 year lease on the 25,299 sq ft property which overlooks Jct34, M1. The site was acquired by In-site Property Solutions Limited who carried out a significant refurbishment of the warehouse with its multiple loading doors.
Alex Boyle, managing director of In-site Property Solutions said: “Like all our sites, this one is strategically located within close proximity to motorway networks. Although this one couldn’t be closer, it’s ideal for The Soft Drinks Company. Now the Jct 34 site has completed, refurbishment is well underway on the latest addition to our portfolio, a similar size site of 24,538 sq ft, on the Euroway Trading Estate, Bradford. This also follows the refurbishment of a multi let site at Low Moor, Bradford which is already 50% occupied.”
