A Bradford industrial estate is set to be refurbished following its acquisition in a deal brokered by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
The property consultancy has acquired the 25,000 sq ft Low Moor Industrial Estate for industrial property company In-site Property Solutions.
Low Moor Industrial Estate is located in South Bradford, close to the M606 and M62. Following the acquisition, the estate is set to undergo internal and external refurbishment before the units are made available for rent.
The planned refurbishment will overhaul the existing real estate and include a new roof.
Henry King, capital markets at Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH) Leeds office, who acquired the building on behalf of In-site property solutions, said: "This estate offers huge potential given the demand for units in this size range and its fundamentally strong location. We are really pleased to have completed this off-market acquisition on behalf of In-site Property and look forward to seeing the estate transform following the comprehensive refurbishment program."
Alex Boyle, managing director of In-site Property, added: "This well located estate has been in desperate need of a full refurb for some time and presents us with great opportunity to add value. The end product will be high quality and given the limited supply for small units near the M62, we are confident the lettings will go well. We have good interest already and are looking forward to works starting imminently for completion mid-late April."
LSH have been retained alongside Colliers to act as joint agents for the estate.
